Terms of service

These terms apply to all services offered by MingLiMR at minglimr.com, operated by MingLiMR as an individual business. Using the site means you have read and accepted these terms. If you are under 18, use it with the consent of your legal representative.

• Charts: BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu, Liu Yao, two-person and child-chart calculations are permanently free.
• Interpretations: text generated by a language model from chart results. A guest browser has one free trial, with a follow-up also counting as one use. Members who register and verify their email receive daily free uses; the amount shown on the site applies. Accounts with an unverified email cannot use interpretations or daily outlooks.
• Paid subscriptions, if made available: the following conditional subscription provisions concern detailed readings and follow-ups. Prices, included services and billing methods would be shown on the plan and checkout pages. They do not indicate that a subscription is currently on sale.

Provide a correct email and protect your password. Activity through your account is treated as yours. Notify us promptly if someone else is using it. You can delete individual records from your account or email us to request account deletion.

Do not:

• Make high-volume automated requests or evade usage limits.
• Resell or rent the interpretation service, or use its content to provide paid divination services to others.
• Submit unlawful material, infringe another person’s rights, or try to make the system produce harmful content.
• Interfere with site operation or security.

If subscriptions become available, any unlimited-use offer would be for normal personal use, with an anti-abuse limit of 30 readings a day. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Payment treatment follows the refund policy.

These provisions apply only if a paid subscription is made available:

• Monthly card payments are processed by a payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Each successful payment extends service by one month, with email notification.
• You may cancel in your account at any time. Future charges stop, while the paid period remains available until it ends.
• A failed charge allows three days to update payment arrangements. If unpaid, the account returns to the free plan and existing records remain.
• Refund conditions follow the refund policy.

Software calculates charts using traditional rules, and a language model generates text from the results. This is material for reflection and reference, not medical, legal, financial or investment advice. No event or outcome is guaranteed. Do not rely on it alone for major decisions. See our methods and limitations.

You can create a summary link and share it with chosen recipients. Anyone holding the link can view the card, so review it first.

• New private cards contain only the summary and reading type, without original birth details or account names. Historical public-card tags and optional questions remain in existing records.
• Chart matching and the public card feed have closed. Two-person charts, invitations, private links and existing records remain. There are no new matching registrations, public-feed listings or newly selected reposts to official social accounts.
• Existing links appear under “My shares” in your account. Contact us to remove a link or a previous social repost.
• We may hide or remove cards containing contact details, personal information or content that violates these terms, without prior notice.

Rights to the software, interface, articles and images belong to the site or their respective owners. You may use and share your own chart interpretation personally. Do not reproduce site content in bulk or use it commercially without permission.

Maintenance, failures of providers such as language-model or payment services, or events beyond our control may interrupt features. We will announce interruptions where practicable. Paid service unavailable for reasons attributable to the site is handled under the refund policy.

To the extent permitted by law, the site is not liable for decisions you make based on interpretations or their consequences. Liability relating to paid services is limited to the fee actually paid for your most recent billing period, except in cases of the site’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Material changes update the date above. Changes to payment conditions will be emailed to paying members before taking effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes are handled by the court with jurisdiction under the applicable Code of Civil Procedure and Consumer Protection Act.
