How points work
- Reading cost: Standard readings and follow-ups use 1 point after any available daily thank-you allowance. Eligible original-question clarifications are free. Chart calculation, casting a hexagram and daily outlooks do not use points.
- Expiry: Points never expire.
- Refunds: You may request a full refund within 7 days if the package is entirely unused, meaning no points have been used since the purchase. For other unused purchased points, contact support to request a refund; used points and gifts will be reviewed separately.
- Returned points: Only points charged for the reading will be returned if it fails or you stop it before any text appears. Stopping after text has appeared does not return points. Free readings with no point charge receive no additional points.
- Welcome points: New members receive 3 points after verifying their email.
- Bonus: Each account receives a one-time bonus on its first successful purchase (NT$99: 3 bonus points, NT$299: 10 bonus points, NT$599: 20 bonus points). Bonus points never expire. They are removed if that purchase is refunded; later purchases do not receive another first-purchase bonus.
- Daily limit: To prevent automated overuse, each account can make up to 30 readings per day, even with points remaining.
